There is no reason to get all bent out of shape due to yesterday’s loss to the Jaguars. I don’t think it will take away from what we have done this season. I still believe that we are a better team then we were in the beginning of the season, and a good team at that. We went into yesterday’s game without our starting running back, and facing one of the scariest pass and rush defenses in the league. We ARE a GOOD team. GOOD teams and even EXCELLENT teams lose games. We are 4-1 in our last 5, and hopefully we will win out the rest of the way. We had an almost impossible road ahead of us when we started out 1-6 and what we have done is very admirable. 10-6 and making the playoffs we new would be tough, 9-7 we know is impossible. It took about 2 games too long for this team to click, and hopefully they will be ready for the next season. For the rest of this season, Hopefully we will be able to kill BUF and NYJ hopes for the postseason as well, while irritating NE and IND along the way.

HERE IS TO THE LAST QUARTER OF THE 2006 SEASON. GO MIAMI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will be happy if Miami can finish 8-8 because of the start we had that will be an impressive record.

That's the same thing we said coming in to this season.

I'd love to win the rest of our games too but there comes a point when we need December games to matter. Especially when you make a playoff push.

Moral victories are starting to wear real thin on me

Thats what im saying. To finish 8-8 would be an accomplishment after starting the season at 1-6. I just wish things would of turned out differently this season. Im going to enjoy watching the next 4 games though. GO Dolphins!:dolphins:

8-8 Is respectable. We are in a tough division and an even tougher conference. We had serious QB problems to start the year, injuries, rookies that were not used to the system, a horrible Offensive Cordinator, and a high player turnover ratio from last year to this year. We basically had an all new secondary, our one starter from last year, Daniels was injured. Two of our three QB's are new to the team, new TE'S, FB'S, no Ricky. The Dolphins have overcome alot this year. Unfortunatley we have not beat the teams that we really need to.

Everyone that was all worried about other teams losing their games forgot that we had to win ours. This is actually good for us to learn to not look ahead so much, take one game at time. Because we had good luck with the teams losing, we just forgot that we had to win.

I seriously doubt the Fins overlooked Jacksonville . . . maybe the fans did but the team didn't.

Of course I'd love to win out now, but really there are only two must wins...Jets and Bills. We win those games and the second half of this season was a success.

I'm always pumped and excited about my Dolphins. Yes the season turned out way different than I hoped and expected, but I will never give up on them. Hopefully some younger players can get some more time here at the end and we can come out of the gate strong instead of staggering in 2007.

I just want us to beat the remainder of the East, that'll make me happy (well that and all the fixin in the offseason).

All hail mediocrity!!!

Let's all rationalize ourselves into acceptance of questionable decisions and sub-standard play!!
