The pick during the Titans game which was returned for a touchdown was supposidly because RB Lamar Gordon, who had been in Miami a day or two, ran a route he was used to in St. Louis but was different in Miami. I'm not laying the blame ENTIRELY on him, but thats something to consider. Gordon even admitted it.
The pick returned for a TD against the Bengals was miscommunication by Feeley and Chambers. Feeley thought he was going right, and Chambers went left.
All the offense has to do is get in sync, and Feeley has to realize he doesn't have to force things, unless it's downfield - he can force all the deep balls he wants IMO. :D
