i think we'll need 10 to get in, too many teams with winning records to think 9-7 will get it done.

we're at 4 wins now, so we need 6 wins the rest of the way

we have 3 games against "bad" teams, gotta win all 3
jets x2
vikings

that puts us at 7 wins

we have 3 tough road games, at detroit at denver at new england. i think we'll find a way to win 1 of them, most likely detroit, so thats 8 wins.

we have 3 home games against "good" teams, san diego buffalo baltimore. go 2-1 in those games and theres your 10 wins.

difficult? sure. impossible? not even close.

this is my realistic road to 10 wins

san diego win
at detroit win
buffalo win
at denver loss
at jets win
ravens loss
at patriots loss
minnesota win
jets win

I'm with you. Get one out of Ravens, Pats, and Lions. To me it doesn't matter which one. Handle the rest.

Seems pretty valid to me. It would be nice to see them get it done. I might switch up the Detroit and Baltimore results. Not sure if we are ready to go on 5 game winning streak.

Hmmmm... I think your being a bit optimistic. I would agree with the wins vs the Jets and the Vikings. its going to be tough to win @ Detroit. Denver is a Loss.

I would be shocked if we win the next 3 games.

San Diego Toss up
@ Detroit Loss
Buffalo Win
@ Denver Loss
@ Jets Win
Ravens Win
@ Patriots Toss up
Minnesota Win
Jets Win

jets 2x, bills, vikes, that is 8 right there. chargers, broncos, lions, ravens, pats out of those 5, chargers and ravens will be the ''easiest'' to win, because we r home, and those teams do not possess the offensive firepower that the broncos, lions, and pats do.

basically dont lose another home game and beat the jets on the road and we will be in the playoffs. if we r for real, that should not be too much to ask for.

Hate to be the debbie downer but does anyone really think we will sweep the Jets? I don't think so and because of all the flack we give them I'm going to be more annoying than Junc if we don't.

I do. 100%

If we don't sweep the Jets we don't deserve to make the playoffs. It is just like last year. Got to beat these teams behind us in the standings

This is why the KC and GB games were so critical. You have to win your home games and beat every team that you are clearly better than. Losing to KC makes the SD game critical. Dropping the GB game at the last second gave us that much less margin for error.

Does anyone think we are not only going to win the 3 games vs. the Jests and Vikings, but ALSO win 3 games vs. the 6 remaining teams that are at least decent?

We are currently 1-3 against such teams and the lone win was opening day vs. a Pats team that was clearly not the same Pats team that is going right now. They struggled the first few games of the season.

I just do not see how we do both of those things. I really do not see the 3-3 in those games vs. the teams with winning records, but I am not certain we sweep the Jests either.

We could definitely beat San Diego. A 1pm start in Miami. TY schedule makers.

We COULD beat Baltimore. But, they seem to always beat us lately. Same with Buffalo.

Winning on the road vs. Denver is not happening and beating Detroit or NE on the road seems like a long shot as well.

We struggled early too and are not the same team as we were when struggling. As of now we are among the hottest teams in the NFL, winning 3 of the last 4.

I feel like we made up for the packer game by beating Chicago on the road. When the schedule came out iim sure most of us put an L next to at Chicago. Losing the chiefs game doesn't give us any more margin for error at home, gotta win em all unless we find a way to win 1 of the 3 tough road games.
