The Rumor Mill in Cleveland

The Dolphins need a new GM. They need to hit on the majority of their picks in the upcoming draft. They need young cheap talent. No more trading away picks for older expensive players. The team is not close enough to contending to make those type of moves, Grier already screwed the pooch and put the team in bad position for the next 2 to 3 seasons.

No. We are a middling team, that is old and have 0 cap space. We have already traded so many picks for high priced guys. We just can't afford him, great player and he is the type you trade for unfortunately for us Grier already traded a big package for Chubb who isn't close to what we payed.

And aging players are more injury prone do to the hits on there body.lets start building from the draft and get some depth.

Wouldn't be surprised if Grier tries to do some Hollywood-like move to save his job/give false hope. His trade decisions/draft capital assets needs to be suspended. Dude needs to get fired before he sets us back for another decade.

I moved to NC 5 years after that season.
One month the temperature dropped to below "0" deg. F.
It stayed between -3 deg. F and -18 deg. F for almost 2-months.
I had to switch to synthetic oil to get my car to turnover in the morning.
I also had to add studs in my tires in order to traverse the icy roads.
I worked in downtown Cincinnati and had to drive all the way uphill to the northern county line where I lived after work.
I also started wearing long-johns. - No Joke.
 
I called this trade in 2 other threads earlier today

No chance they do that without including Chop in the deal and honestly would rather keep chop at his salary and potential.
