Egnew failed the inside/out blocking rule. He shouldn't be out there on the goal line. They've been incorporating him at fullback occasionally but not in pressure spots like that.

He was in the backfield and needed to pick up the blitzing LB and failed miserably....we went to the outside to help on the end...

This is a failure by the coaching staff by putting someone as green as him the backfield when we are in our own endzone. That one is on Philbin/Sherman. Plain and simple.
