First, I'll acknowledge that if the team keeps playing like it has the last two weeks, none of this matters. But for the optimists, it's worth noting that if the Fins can stabilize and improve, the remaining schedule is just about as good as you could hope for.

There are 10 games left, with 9 opponents (since we play New England twice). Only one, Atlanta, currently has a winning record. The Pats are 3-3, and the other 7 have losing records - the Saints, Browns, Raiders, Bills, Chargers, Jets and Titans are a combined 16-31 right now.

We're 0-2 in the division, but 3 of the remaining 4 games are at home.

At 2-4, there isn't much room for error left. But the schedule is willing, if the Fins are able.

Wow, I didn't notice that. If we can get our stuff together, maybe we can make a run at .500, give or take. It will all depend on whether we can improve at QB and OL this season. Improvement from the secondary would be nice too. I don't understand how people can still say we'll be a bottom 3-5 team when there's still 10 games to play and a relatively moderate to weak schedule. There's at least 7-10 teams who probably are worse than we are. I still think we can reach that Week 1 form again this season.

i said the same thing in week 4 but apparently we havent done anything good since week 3...i stated that miami could be 4-3 before we played atlanta that was if we beat buffalo and split kc and tampa and then beat new orleans...apparently we didnt accomplish anything... id be happy wit a win on sunday and beating the pats or falcons once...then our schedule is jus cake...i mean that is a pretty good schedule to end the season

I don't know. The Chargers are better than their record and we've already lost to the Jets and Bills. Randy Moss and Joe Horn could also have huge days against the secondary and the Pats are always tough. It's possible if our offense can get going but I wouldn't look at any of these games as sure wins.
