The hardest team we play is Pitt and were home. The rest is a piece of cake. Saints will be tough but Pats aint the same team. Bottom line Dolphins go 12-4. Bashers stay out cause I believe.....Go Finnnssss......

i respect your opinion but i do not agree with it. yes i am a dolphan, but i do not think the rest is "a piece of cake."

Name teams that made the playoff last year. Piece of cake

I agree the whole schedule thing is kinda overrated too and I do not put too much stock into it.. Any team can win on Sunday.. Look how many upsets there are each week.. Those teams on our schedule have to play us just as we have to play them and it wont be a cake walk for them to beat us and vice versa.. SD for example, the most underachieving talented team in the NFL went 8-8 in what is argueably the worst division in the NFL.. So how is it they get far more respect than we do when we beat them? If we were in that division, we would be getting into the playoffs every year too. Teams like them do not scare me in the least..

ya, i totally dont agree with you. We play good passing teams that will put our porrus secondary to the test (Colts, Saints, Falcons, Pats 2x). Good all around teams like the Chargers, Titans and Steelers. Our easiest games our in the devision and even they arent cake cake. Bills are better than last year, but we are still better, which doesnt gaurentee a win, however. Jets have a young QB, but if he can be efficient they are a better team than last year, IMO. We play the Jags, Bucs, Texans and Panthers who are all sneaky good teams. It will be tough, to say its "cake" means ur ignorant

No piece of cake IMO but that doesnt mean we cant win 11 games. I think if we hit 10 games we get a wildcard and 11 ties us for the division (tie breakers will decide). Its all going to be dictated by injuries and who we have on the schedule. We get Atlanta early, looks like Merriman may be out for our game,Colts are slow starters plus they are missing a big part of there D, The pats d line is not was it used to be and there safties are young-we will be able to run on them. Jets-all talk lets see what they bring to the table....Saints will be tough but will they have Bush? hes always missing games.

I got a chance to watch the NO game yesterday and I was happy to see how we looked. Not so much the score but our guys are in good shape, the O line was working together, CP looked sharp, Ricky and Ronnie look ready to go (love the stiff arm), Bess did his stuff and the D was very vanilla, they didnt come with any crazy blitz, they played it straight on first and 2nd down and blitz on 3rd, which NO took advantage of with the screen play.....With our coaching staff, which I feel is one of top 5 in the league, our gameplanning will make our O solid and our D deadly.......

It's a tough schedule. For one thing, 8 of our first 14 games are on the road. There's a stretch of 6 out of 8 on the road. The final two home games can work in our favor but I'd always prefer to bank home games when you know they mean something, then take a chance on road games in the final couple of weeks that might be against teams with nothing to play for.

No NFL schedule is a piece of cake, even the 72 dolphins almost lost once or twice. Thats going to happen this year but if the ball bounces our way again (last year was 1st time in 5 years) and we play hard and smart, I believe 12-4.

piece of cake? haha i am a dolphin fan too but there is no way we are going 12-4.

falcons colts chargers saints pats panthers pitt and titans are all very very good teams. then the "lesser" of are schedule jets are a pretty good team bills who knows jag and bucs arent terrible and the texans as we all know are tough.

best case senerio 11-5

You guys WANT to believe that this schedule is cake but the FACT remains that 13 of the 16 teams we played were .500 and above and I believe two of the three others were 7 - 9. I'm am VERY concerned because the schedule DOES matter. It just does. There's a reason we wait patiently for the release of the schedule and if it didn't matter we wouldn't refresh NFL.com in mid April when the schedule is released. But we do constantly refresh because it does matter. We all know it matters and when we get that schedule and see how tough it is, we begin lying to ourselves to make it seem better than it truly is. This is a GAUNTLET of a schedule.

Take off the Dan Marino underroos and let's be realistic here, guys. It's brutal. This is the NFL. There's no such thing as a "cake schedule."

NFL schedules are either "tough" or "tougher." This year we get "tougher." But I do believe in this Dolphins team more than any other team in the past, so bring it on.

Yo DO know that we have to face Tom Brady twice, right?
And their decimated defense. Can't wait.

The schedule is very overrated. Every year teams predicted not to do so well surprise and have a good season. Every year teams predicted to be in the playoffs, fall flat on their faces. It's like this EVERY year, so I pay no attention to the schedule, until after the season starts.

Teams completely change during an Nfl season. Right now Indy and San diego won't be with their Marquee' defensive players. As for us, I only see the Offensive line play improving but we could lose any of them anytime. The logarithmic emotional variables that a team goes through are too complicated for a human mind to comprehend (much like Karma).

So I agree...(Ad Nauseum)

Our first five games heading into the bye week are brutal.

We open up against an upcoming high powered offense in Atlanta that should really indicate which team truly "over-achieved" last year. Follow that up with a Monday night game against one of the AFC elite in Indianapolis. Then we are put in a precarious position to prepare with a short week for another AFC elite in San Diego.

Lastly back to back divisional games that are never easy - at least we ended last season on high notes against both.

I hope we run the ball plenty and often.
