Sorry @Stoobz some just like to derail threads. 👀

Right @Ray R
Lol.......

You have to admit, the provocative thread title was designed to elicit interest, and bound to attract .............. alternative commentary.

Point made but you can't teach size. There's a reason they are going to accept a 6'7 basketball player that's never played a down of football into camp.

Sorry to say I was bit bit disappointed when I opened the thread Stoobz. The title had me excited only to find the content was not what I expected. What a waste of lube... :DWN:

Smurf squad of the nfl

Toughness and “dawg” matters too. I see someone like Malik Washington (5’8 1/2 weighing in at 191 combine)….. and I watch him consistently break tackles and create yards after contact. He has insane balance and looks like a running back with the ball in his hands. Then you have 6’3/210 WRs who shy away from contact every chance they get.

Size does matter but there’s more to the story.

In all seriousness i worry about IOL being too tall given Tua's more average height. However since we have an accurate QB receiver height and catch radius matters less, and it allows us to prioritize other characterstics and pay less for them (kind of like a QB with quick processing and release allows the team to spend less on OL and deploy those resources elsewhere).
