We have lost seven straight to NE. Our last victory was back in December of 09 when Henne -- believe it or not -- drove us down the field for game winning FG. Crowder -- believe it or not -- ended it by picking off Brady. NE is very beatable and just barely got by Hou and Cle. This is a game we SHOULD win at home with no Gronk, Wilfork, Mayo, and possibly both Thompkins and Dobson not playing. If we cannot beat them Sunday, I don't think we will ever be able to beat them until Brady retires. Regardless of whether or not we make the playoffs, we need to win this game from a confidence standpoint. I do not want to get swept by them for the fourth year in a row. Granted it will not be easy, but we need to find a way.

Can the Dolphins over come the Refs in this game?? that's the real question!!

I didn't even get to see that one, since I was stuck in NYC. Last win I was able to see was the 2008 Wildcat game. Been a long ass time.

So, I wonder this about the refs:
After yesterday's Patriots / Browns pass interference debacle, if the refs give the Pats in the Fins/pats game ANY kind of bogus call, I wonder if there will be some sort of revolt. Can you imagine, two weeks in a row? What I'm getting at is, I wonder if the refs, due to the inevitable heat they SHOULD get from having blown that call, will be much tighter with the flags during that game. I think that blown call, even though it benefited the Patriots last week, could ultimately benefit us THIS COMING week.

They really have made us their bitch in recent years. It's why I don't pick the Dolphins to beat them anymore.

We quietly ended a streak yesterday. Believe it or not, we hadn't won the game after playing the Jets since Saban was our coach.

Somehow the media completely ignored that trend, even though it had extended more than a half dozen years and into double digit games.

I was well aware of it, particularly in the 4th quarter yesterday. That would have been a ridiculous way to extend the streak, if Brown hadn't shuffled out of bounds.

BTW, did anyone notice how Brown turned his left foot outwards, helping to take him out of bounds? That reminded me of my dear old departed mom. She walked that way, although it was her right foot that opened severely on every step.

Based on posts you've made earlier I'd assume it's a down situation for the Pats situationally, at least compared to what it would have been for them going on the road after a road loss. I don't know how divisional games factor into that, though. Interested to hear your thoughts.

I said it in another thread, but I'm gonna beat this drum all week: for you South Florida fans- get your asses out to JRS on Sunday and scream until you don't have a voice left. Make sure that place is packed to the last row with Dolphin fans and NOTHING but Dolphin fans. I don't need 30,000 ****ing Patriot fans in our building. Put your displeasure with the franchise aside for one day and go give the boys a home field advantage, because we're gonna need it.

Great Points. It's about time, it's Due. We should have beat then up there leading 17-3. We need to Win at Home, and keep this thing going man. New England are a bunch of punks who barley squeaked by Cleveland. We NEED to Win this Game. Tannehill and the Defense got to step up. 8-6...

I am sick and tired of being the Patriots bi*ches every season. It is time to put an end to this cr*p. I want to make them fear having to play here. Realistically though, that will never happen considering there will be 30,000 Patriots fans in the stands.

Hell yea.....home field advantage!!! Would be nice.
