I think it's so funny how those clowns are the 1st to pick us to get upset this weekend. How about the team that just lost two straight in the NY Jets or the team that almost lost to Seattle last week. In all seriousness i'm glad they root against us because it's makes winning that much sweeter.

More power to us, I can't wait to see the look on their faces when we win out and make the playoffs.. it'll be a glorious moment.

 You know I posted that response when I opened this up and all your post said was....."I thin" Turns out once you edited it, its a good post nonetheless.

Yeah man i know, my laptop is **** right now and i accidently hit the button to post and i saw it and i was trying to edit it as a possible.

What about all of the times this year they've picked us to win and upset opponents? Lots of ESPN analysts predicted us to be a vastly improved team this season. Colin Cowherd, who is pretty much the absolute truth, said that the Dolphins were the darkhorse of the AFC in the preseason.

Seems to me that we only notice what ESPN says about us when it's negative. ESPN doesn't root against teams, they root for interesting.

So they pick us to win the division yet they have us losing to San Fran? That makes sense.

I know expert picks don't mean ish but on their website all most all of them picked Miami. Must've just been Berman that big ball of gay.

If it's the same segment that I saw it was the guy Mark Schlerth (sp?) . . . and it pretty much was one of those segments that ask a question and u have to give an answer, whether u agree or not. "if I had to pick a team to get upset in the AFC East this weekend" it would be the Dolphins. The reasons he gave made sense . . . San Fran is playing good ball, and they overcame the West to East 1 p.m. trip earlier in the year against Buffalo.

He may still pick the Dolphins to win the game . . . but given the question he asked and he had to give an answer, the Dolphins is who he chose . . . and honestly, being impartial that probably is the correct answer . . . simply because u don't expect Buffalo to upset the Jets the way Buffalo is playing . . . and u don't expect New England to lose to the lowly Raiders. San Fran is playing better than both teams, that is no question.

If u go to the ESPN website, everybody has picked the Dolphins so far . . . so ESPN for the most part think we are going to win the game.

Excellent points my friend.

You guys go take a look at the schedule and tell me another AFC team that could be upset this weekend.

Is it an upset if Kansas City knocks off the Chargers at home when they almost beat San Diego earlier this season in San Diego. For that matter, is it an upset if the Chargers beat the Chiefs again?

Baltimore and Pittsburgh? Hardly an upset if either team wins.

Detroit over Indianapo...let's just move on from this one.

Denver at Carolina where the NFC South is 24 - 2 at home this season I believe?

Picking the 49ers over the Dolphins makes sense to me. I don't have a problem with it. ESPN doesn't have a bias. They're not pro-49ers or anti-Miami. Most of ESPN has fell in love with the Dolphins this season. We're one of the best team stories of the entire NFL. And I'm sure that Sparano and company aren't giving up if they happen to see that some people feel like they have a chance of being upset this weekend. They're still going to come out and play their game on Sunday.

GO FINS

Some of you guys just flat out overlook other teams. With how bad the Bills have been and the Raiders are always bad, we are definitely facing the toughest competition in the 49ers.

It's a good thing then that what ESPN says or does is irrelevant to every NFL team :)

So b/c the 49ers went to Buffalo and won means what? They can travel across the country and win? Ok so if they lost that game, would that mean they'd never be able to win on the east coast? Or they'd keep losing until they won?

Either way, a win would happen at some point so I don't see how that factors into why a team would win

LOL

He just pointed that out because I think the teams records were 0-13 before they won, so they don't have that lingering in their minds because they did it earlier in the season. Sure they could do it, but u know the NFL is a very mental game . . . and not having that stat in the back of their minds could be used as motivation on Sunday.
