Why don't the Dolphin fans that make excuses for our QB do the same for the rest of the team??

Dallas Thomas and Jamil Douglas ain't that bad, They just need better players around them. The offensive coordinator don't put them in the best positions to succeed. Dallas Thomas is only in his 4th year and he's been moved from G to T and back to G that's not fair to him. Jamil Douglas is a rookie and needs time to develop. They need the QB to recognize the blitz and call out the protections to let them know who to block. They need the QB to get rid of the ball quicker too.

Jason fox was good at UM, he must not be getting the proper coaching here.

Jamar Taylor can be a good CB, he just needs allowed to play more man to man and bump and run. He needs a better pass rush and better safety play behind him.

The LB's aint that bad, the DC shouldn't ask them to do things that don't fit their skillset like cover TE's or RB's out the backfield one on one

Why did those cops arrest Miko Grimes? That situation got Brent's head all messed up and that's why he got his ass handed to him by Watkins and Marshall.

ENOUGH OF THE DAMN EXCUSES MAN!!!! I'm not bashing or saying get rid of the QB, I just wanna see him play better and we need to evaluate him like we do everybody else on the team. If his play isn't up to par.... IT's HIS DAMN FAULT, NOT EVERYBODY ELSE'S!

I'm pretty sure most people are saying RT had a bad game. he's had a few in his career so far. but he's far from the problem.

26 of his 60 games he has led the offense to 17 points or less. I'd say that is a lot more than a few.

so when did scoring 17 points or less equate to having a bad game? That's such a broad statistic, that it makes no sense in this context. you can score 17 points and be 100% accurate, but just don't get the opportunity because your defense is on the field.

Seriously? 17 points in the NFL and you are probably not winning or playing well. It's really not that broad

Far from THE problem? I agree Tannehill is far from the problem but he is or has been a part of the problem. Tannehill still suffers from many of the same problems after 60 starts in the NFL that he had problems with after his first start. Poor pocket presence/awareness and poor play on 3rd downs and in the 4th quarters of games.

cam newton had 22 games with 17 points or less, his first 4 years. i guess they should have gotten rid of him last offseason...

this read is like the teacher from the Charlie Brown cartoon. wawawawawawawawawaw

How original, another Tannehill thread! I haven't quite thought of this exact angle yet. SMH

The average scored by each team is around 23 in the NFL. 17 gives you about a 20% chance of winning. How about we use 14 points then. Ryan has 14 of 59 games where he has led the offense to 14 or less and we are 0-14. Pretty much every 4th game he has a stinker regarding scoring points and we have no chance.

well then why don't we worry about the biggest problems, and work our way back. instead of replacing a lesser problem, and still having bigger problems elsewhere.

now people are saying, why can't you replace both? because you would have to hit the lottery to fill all the holes Miami has with better talent. So prioritize.
