I woke up Sunday morning with an awful feeling about the game. I'm my mind I saw fumbles by Tua and penalties by Jackson and Davis. When I turned off the TV Tua had fumbled twice and Jackson had the flag on play #3 to really take the wind out of our sales. I'm not sure if Davis got flagged for anything but it doesn't matter at all. We went up to Nashville with our season on the line. What did we do to show how tough we are? What did we do to put the NFL on notice that the Dolphin's are back!! We had a huge opportunity to change the national narrative on the team, the coach and the QB!! So, what did we do?
The answer is we lost even more respect nationwide. We choked as a team and our prize draft pick QB showed that he CAN"T THROW A WET FOOTBALL!!!!!!!!!!!!! He missed on passes all day and allowed the Titan's to take the ball away from him like he's a small child. After this game I'm off the Tua bandwagon. If he can't play in the elements I'm not interested in retaining his services. That, to me, is a fatal flaw. We never heard. The Dolphin's are sorry but Mr. Marino can't throw the ball if it's raining. He'll be back next week when it's nice out. Only in Dolphin land does a QB get picked 5th over all and not be able to function if there's wind or rain. And only in Dolphin land do you get knocked out of the playoffs by the very QB you got rid of because he wasn't good enough. Turns out we were wrong on Tannehill and right now I would say wrong on Tua. It seems he's not built for play off football!! What would he be like in Green Bay in January?? I shutter to think.
