The team NEEDED a change BUT the players NEED start playing with PASSION & HEART

I'm happy that we made a change (I was Philbin supporter last year) & I love what Campbell had to say during his PC. To be honest these players NEED to play with some heart, I'm tired of hearing we need to fire Coyle & Lazor (although I agree) from the players & leaking info out you know what we pay LOTS of $ as fans & to see the LACK of heart is truly disappointing I mean they get paid millions whether they liked Philbin or the coordinators at least act like you CARE b/c you know what we care as fans.

Hopefully Campbell can bring that passion out but what's going to happen if/when things don't go their way again will play with no passion again??

The rats on this team with their constant leaks to the media, combined with the childish complaints lead me to believe this won't get fixed till they are gone. They are poisoning the locker room and its not going to change until new player leadership forces it to.

You could be right but I just didn't see much today putting it on the players, mostly blaming Philbin & the coaches (who deserves blame) but no accountability for the players so thought I'd share my opinion.

There definitely needs to be more passion and energy shown on gameday. As a Falcons fan I witnessed this exact same thing the last two years. It's hard to win when there's a lack of passion and energy out of the team.

One thing with strong motivator coaches - like Rex Ryan - they get CRAZY performances out of their talent. Right now? I'll take an up and down team like those 2010 NY Jets. They were very talented but poorly coached, as is Buffalo under Ryan, yet you saw performances where they shut out the Patriots, put up 35 on a team considered elite, etc... they are just knock out fighters.

I really hope that's what he becomes for us. I want to see our insane amount of talent amount to a few amazing games. Yes, there will be games where I'm seeing a TE coach in over his head, but if it means I'll see Suh play with pure fire, and Wake push just that extra bit harder to slap away a RT's hand to get the edge and sack the QB? I'll take it.

Tannehill needs to be benched. Start Matt Moore!! I honestly thought several years ago Moore had earned the chance to be starting QB and then they drafted Tannehill and immediately anointed him the starter.
