The Miami Dolphins is the classiest organization in the NFL, no other team has ever completed a perfect season and win the Super Bowl 72'. There is to much whining on the majority of these forums. The optimists have left our fan base. Now lie the pessimists who keep dwelling on all the bad energy looming in our Miami Dolphins culture. Everyone must realize Ryan Tannehill is our franchise QB. He just needs a line to protect him and a true genius like what Brady has in Belicheat. Then we rebuild our Defense, make it a #1 where Brady truly S**** himself when playing us. That's why we need the "Don" to make this happen and get his son to be the leader of this team. Suh will have no choice but to respect him. When Mike needs guidance he just turns to his father who is just a phone call away. Shoot Ross probably has a private office for him now in that newly renovated stadium. Trust me I bleed aqua and orange and what is happening now truly makes me sick to my stomach, but thinking of Mike Shula arriving in Miami brings peace to my mind. As a fan base we need to stick together and stay positive during this rough time, because before I go my team will win a super bowl and that is a fact.

Look what he is doing in Charlotte with Cam Newton who lost his starting WR is Kelvin Benjamin.

I'm a Mike Shula fan. His offensive scheme in Carolina is very good. I'm hoping he is considered a candidate for our HC job. There are a number of good candidates who should be available....

As a fan for over 40 years why must I accept lackluster performance from Tannehill, coaching, ownership etc.year after year. Shouldn't I be offered a quality product that competes at least every decade or so? I don't understand the optimism with some posters, cause any long time fan has ulcers and gets more excited for the draft each November...or at least that's when I start discussing it.

I think he's doing a great job in Carolina. I'm not sure if he's cut out to be a head coach though

Im good with him getting looked at. He has earned it unlike many guys that have barely held thier position a year

I like Shula but fear he would have undue pressure on him in Miami because his father is a living legend. I love the undefeated team but I am tired of always having to remember 72 when thinking of great dolphin teams. We are way overdue for a fresh Dolphins team to make us proud. I have little faith in Ross. The team as it stands now is a hot mess. The owner is clueless, the coach is green, the offensive coordinator is a dope, we need OL, CB, LB, and maybe a new QB. Start by hiring a solid, experienced, proven winner as a HC. Draft well. Then we can talk.

Mike Shula will get a job somewhere. Maybe not this offseason but the within 2 years i do think he will get a head coaching gig somewhere

Bring him in as an OC. That's it. We need HC experience or have you guys not figured that out yet

Mike Shula is dog piss. The main reason Rivera promoted him was to keep in place much of the schemes and concepts that Rob Chudzinski had established. I suppose theres some value in Shula going against conventional logic and putting more on Cam's plate despite the declining offensive talent, but im giving credit to the guy nicknamed "Riverboat Ron" for that decision.

This is possibly the first year in which Shula has been adequate as a coach. Maybe. And regardless, adequate isn't good enough. You want to hire a Carolina coach? Sean McDermott. Theres a chance he'd hire Chudzinski(currently on the Colts staff thats about to be cleaned out) to run the offense.
