First off just like to say its nice to see evidence of what our FO is trying to do, or has done this far. They have vastly improved the "trenches" which is the correct way to build a franchise (not randomly draft a glorified kick returner. thank you cam cameron). Our rush defense is 2nd in the NFL after facing some of the most athletic RBs.
Our rush offense is #1 in the entire NFL. Anytime you can run the ball as effective as we have been able to, it allows us to compete with anyone. We control the clock and more importantly, keep our bipolar defense off the field (sometimes theyre awesome, sometimes they downright suck!).

So I know based off of what I have seen and from statistics our offensive and defensive lines are fierce.. but can any guru please tell me which players individually are standing out? Is it our scheme? Do we have any potential pro-bowlers on either front? Being top 2 on both lines have to warrant some kind of recognition, so whos stepping up and who needs to be replaced?

Great point! It's nice to see objective proof that the plan is working, at least step 1. Now we got Henne starting, throwing a TD to Hartline. Vontae with a pick six. Wake with 3 sacks. I realize it was against a weak, injured team, but it shows that after building the trenches, then you can start acquiring talent away from center. Next hopefully we start to address safety, additional WR, ILB. But it all starts inside.
