Parcells was calling him out for being injured. Story over. Parcells usually keys in on one guy and puts him in his doghouse to try and get the most out of them. It backfired HUGE with Roth. Still haven't replaced him.

i think thats pretty accurate and even roths story about not getting along with the head coach makes sense. unlike most guys that get these guys probably rode for injuries etc. roth probably opened his mouth, expressed his displeasure and ended up in the doghouse.
 
^^as Roth should have. He was here long before Parcells. Always gave 100% and was NEVER injured once. And if so he played through it. The one time he gets hurt, he now has this new guy all over him.
 
Roth is just another blunder by this front office. No other pass rushers on this team, I mean c'mon we're suiting up JT at this point.
 
Roth definately adds toughness to a defense, but his lack of athleticism(speed) and his mouth keep knocking him off of teams.
