it looks like Sparano and Henning are the biggest part of our problems .

I hope that Ross cans the coaching staff and this may be why Parcells wimped his way out of town.

if it was me I would fire Henning hire Mike Leach because he is the guttiest coach around and can motivate guys.

next I would fire Sp teams coach, and Mike Noland then I would draft 5 big strong defensive tackles and three defensive backs who have a lot of sped but have a lot of heart.

Since this next qb class is extremly weak I would promote Thigpen and wait until the 2012 draft and draft another qb Unless Henne gets it in gear and shows more stuff.
