Our O-line! They did absolutely amazing. All this money invested into them.. is completely paying off right now. All we heard was how fierce that D was, and we socked them in the mouth on just about every, single play. This O-line is NOT one to be messed with.

Also, HUGE, HUGE props to Polite! This guy has had questions about his run blocking, well he did amazing last night. He popped those LB's bad, he did miss on a few, like against Rhodes at the goal-line, but that was more of a great effort by Rhodes. Last night, Polite made Scott his *****. More to come in a few weeks with that

they were good, but I think(again) there was somebody almost everyone seems to forget.Brandon Fields had punts that seemed to hang in the air for hours, and he punt inside the twenty a couple times, and, punted the ball high enough, for our SPT players to get down field. If we didnt have a good punter,I think Leon could have definately took one back.

Definately could have been a different outcome had he not been so good yesterday....

Our run blocking is fantastic. Our pass protection was solid last night but overall could use some work.

Polite was lighting people up with blocks.

Camarillo had some huge pressure packed catches.

And of course, Henne made those pressure packed throws.

Smiley had a tremendous game. Here is hoping he stays healthy the entire year.

i wanna give props to Joey Hanos... his blocking last night was great... he deserves some praise!

Grove they said he played afc east NT's tough and thats the reason they got him. I'm sold after the last two games. The whole O-line is starting to gel.

Polite an old school FB who is starting to become a poor mans Lorenzo Neal

Fasano nice to see our boy looking like he might be coming out of his slump

Chad Pennington. Our fallen leader lives on in the heart of the offense he once led.

I don't know if anyone truly realized it last night... but this offense suddenly became the strength of our team. There was 5 lead changes in the 4th quarter. We never once put our shoulders down. We never had a look like we wouldn't win. We didn't look lost.

Last year, Chad Pennington was the cheerleader for this team. He wouldn't let us die. He wouldn't let us lose.

Last night, I saw 11 other guys willing themselves down the field one offensive series after another.

The man who's D crushed us in the playoff's last year was dismantled before his very eyes. All he could do was stare onto the field and wonder where his great D went. His players were whipped and left fighting for air.

I never saw one offensive player look with fear. Even Pat, with his boyish face, stared directly at the Jet D and knew what he had to do. Everyone executed, everyone lifted their game.

We lined up helmet to helmet on the 1 yard line with the game on the line and 1 chance to win the game. We ran the ball right into the heart of their D.

Could you feel Chad Pennington on the field?

That's what he has done for our franchise. He made them Believe.

No question whatsoever in my mind, and shame on each of you for forgetting him. Marc Anthony. The star spangled banner was so-so, but what a freakin suit!

Good post. I agree 100%. Our Oline deserves a lot of credit for the win last night. They worked their butts off in the trenches last night for 4 quarters. No doubt about it. As a fan, I LOVE it when you know your team finally has a dominating Oline that can take on anybody.

Ronnie and Ricky should show their gratitude and take Polite and the Oline out to dinner or something. The running backs and QBs should also be sure to mention how well the Oline does in their interviews. That'll make them want to keep on playing hard. I'm sure the Olinemen want to get some limelight and fame too when they play well.

Seriously, the last 3 weeks our O line has just abused defenses. I mean they are just knocking the snot out of people. They are really starting to gel together as a unit.

We agree on one thing, but disagree on another.

It would cost R&R millions if they took the whole line out to dinner

0 Sacks I think the pass protection did damn good. Henne for the most part wasn't pressured. The closest the Jets got to a sack was the incompletion by Ronnie Brown, which definitely got me smiling.

Rex Ryan....for not taking those timeouts on the final drive because he believed we wouldn't score!

Sean Smith anyone? Whenever he was on Edwards, Edwards seemed to be shutdown. seems to me like Edwards was only making catches on Will Allen and Vontae Davis.
