List your team's biggest "what if's?" in their history.

Dolphins:

1. What if the World Football league was never invented and they would have kept Csonka, Kiick, and Warfield?

2. What if Dan Marino had a running game to back him up?

3. What if Wannstache was never hired?

4. What if they brought in Drew Brees instead of Culpepper?

5. What if they drafted Brees instead of Jamar Fletcher?

Marlins:

1. What if Wayne wasn't such a cheap *** and kept the '97 team together?

2. What if our local government wasn't so gay about helping them with a stadium?

3. What if Alou makes the catch instead of Bartman?

Heat:

1. What if Alan Houston's stupid little shot doesn't go in?

2. What if their entire starting lineup wasn't battling injuries throughout the 2005 Eastern Conference Finals?

3. What if they had the fourth pick in 2003 and took Chris Bosh instead of Dwyane Wade?

4. What if Dwyane Wade didn't take over game 3 of the Finals?
 
Dolphins-
1. What if Marino has a competent D and Running game?
2. What if our D doesn't break down in the 1982 Super Bowl?
3. What if we beat the Raiders in 1975?
4. What if we had stuck with Brian Griese and built him a decent O-line?
5. What if we'd have stood pat and taken Randy Moss?

Hurricanes-
1. What if Schnellenberger never leaves for the USFL?
2. What if Willis McHeisman doesn't get hurt in the Fiasco Bowl?
3. What if we beat ND in 1988?
4. What if they don't go on probation?
5. What if Larry Coker was never hired?

SF Giants-
1.What if Russ Ortiz is never taken out in Game 6?
2. What if they'd have signed Vlad Guerrero?
3. What if Barry Bonds is never signed?

Heat-
1. What if we don't take Wade?
2. What if we don't trade for Shaq?
3. What if we actually manage to beat the Bulls in the ECF?
4. What if Nowitzki doesn't brick those FTs?
 
Oh, and to add to the Giants (and maybe the Marlins)..what if Pudge drops the ball during the 2003 NLDS?
 
I don't know.

I'm still pissed the Giants didn't sign Vlad after that season. Bonds/Vlad in 2004? 110 Games at least.

I'm still scarred by those 2 things. That Houston shot was the worst day in my life as a sports fan. I can remember that whole day like it happened yesterday. Actually, I can remember my day after the game even more clearly then the game itself. I think I was traumatized so it's embedded in my mind.

I still remember the annoying Knicks fans at my school talking **** after that. The loss to the Pistons hurts me more, though. They were minutes away from their first NBA Finals and those turds ended up squeezing by. There's no doubt in my mind the Heat could have beaten the Spurs that year and have back to back titles after '06. Oh well.
