We need an offensive line coach who understands the running game and particularly the use of movement guys to establish the run. The candidate should especially be excellent at identifying talent and system fits because the front office badly needs help finding offensive linemen that can help.

The entire NFL is the poster child for Nepotism.

We should make a list. Shulas, Schottenheimers, Allens, Shanahans, Polians, Shurmurs, Turners, Phillips, Fishers. That's not counting owners like Mike Brown which is a different concept (inheritance). I made that list without trying at all.

In basically every case the son(s) were nowhere near the dads if not downright failures in some cases.

Where I work, we have strong anti-nepotism policies, and for good reason. It gives rise to conflicts of interest, complications with fiduciary duties, etc. It's generally not a good thing.

I think there needs to be a QB coach who is separate from the team, who doesn't have to be a yes man for anyone. You're at your most effective when you can say to anyone "that stinks, if you do what I say you'll fix it".

I would be upset if Dan Campbell isn't with us next year. the guy has done a great job
