Hi! My name is David. Im the leader of the "i love the pat white pick" bandwagon. I have come to tell you all that miami will now be an unstoppable force on offense. reason why? The wildcat!

say your on defense. you get a call from the sideline. Then the opposing offense lines up with their quarterback on the sideline. you think you are ready for what is coming. You see ronnie brown at quarterback. then, out of no where he sends his quarterback into motion. hike!! ronnie snaps it and hands it off to pat white. you then swarm to him and that leaves ted ginn jr wide open down the sideline. touchdown!!!

say your on defense. you get a call from the sideline. then the opposing offense lines up with 5 wide recievers. pat white is the quarterback! ronnie brown lines up next to him, then is motioned to wide reciever. that then leaves only 5 people in the box! you can't blitz because, he will then escape and hit a reciever or just run for a big gain.

say your on defense. you get a call from the sideline. then the opposing offense lines up in the wildcat formation with pat white at quarterback. It looks like a regular play. pat white then sends ronnie brown or ricky williams in motion. hike!! he hands it off to ronnie or keeps it and gains 5-10 yards or even more..

say your on defense. you get a call from the sideline. then the opposing offense line up in the wildcat formation. pat white at quarterback! Audible!!! they move into the i-formation. jake long at fullback! hike!!! pat white hands it off to ronnie brown, and jake long hits the first guy coming and ronnie takes it to the house after he gets by maybe one defender, with big guys in front.

say your on defense. you get a call from the sideline. then the opposing offense lines up in i-formation. chad henne at quarterback, ronnie brown at fullback, and pat white at running back. hike!! toss left to pat white!! that leaves ted ginn wide open, touchdown!!!

as you can see... at pick number 44 miami didnt draft a player.. you can't just see pat white as a single position player. pat white is the final piece of the puzzle.think about it! with pat white, miami is now the most lethal offense in the league. you can't be simple minded and think of them as a indianapolis colts type offense.. they are team that has never ending options. its one on one football, and the offense knows what its doing but the defense doesnt have a clue. that means the offense is in control of everything! in the wildcat that takes away a safety! its like putting goaline defense vs the shotgun formation. and to top it off, pat white is left handed! that messes with a defenses head! takes them away from conventional thinking. one on one football and the offense is in control.
don't you people understand that miami just created a formation that can have more impact that the west coast did in the 80's. to top it off, miami has the best player EVER at running the option-running the option.
its over!!!

It's good to see Madden fever is alive and well!

We may have added a couple of wrinkles to the Wildcat but your smoking something special if you think our offense is now elite. I love how a player who's never played a down in the NFL is already transforming the league. I'm sure R.Ryan, B.B are shaking in their boots afterall we got nothing from the Wildcat against Baltimore both games and once BB had some time to prepare for it we again did nothing against NE.

I'm sure P.White will add alittle excitement to the offense here and there but get a grip. If he was this good he would have been the number one player taken in the draft.

Interesting, I've never see a 5 WR set with a RB in the backfield. Are we putting Patrick Turner at OT in this formation?

Yea Wildcat will be a lot better this year they have until August to write down a whole playbook. The offesive coach need to be very very very creative. It think this season will be exciting and I can't wait for that Monday night football game against the Colts I hope we stomp them.

Even better question, will Patrick Turner make the 53 man roster or be on the practice squad..

I am pretty optomistic about the pick. I was scratching my head at why we took a roll player in the second round, then after more thought, because they probably want him to play a big, big roll. There are alot of amazing possibilities for our offense with Pat White involved. Last year the wildcat worked well, this year, get ready for the Wildcat in HD(copyright, Passrush inc, 2009)

When the wildcat failed against Balt it was because they knew penny wasn't a factor so basically it was 10 against 11. With penny possibly not in on future wildcat formations it does go to one on one!

The wildcat failed against Baltimore because our OL was terrible at blocking. 10 against 11 happens almost every play in the NFL.

say your defense and you get a call from the sideline.. than the wildcat sets up, now your defense and you get another call on the sideline because there is radios in the captains helmet now...

nope the wildcat failed because Chad P was not a threat, also Ronnie is not legit pass threat that White is. now teams have to play their Db's honest. So basically the running game will be there.

I just hope Pat White doesn't do anything stupid and start throwing pick sixes

We were getting tackled behind the line of scrimmage. I'm pretty sure that has more to do with bad blocking than cheating DB's.

Protection against Wild cat - lane control.this offseason team will tell people to play with lane control.
similar to vince young intial success as soon the defence controlled his lanes he dropped off the face of the earth.

To call our offense "the most lethal offense in the leage" right now, is a bit far fetched....it may be the most diverse and creative, but it will only be lethal when proven ....Now remember, we dont have the element of surprise now, and less so after drafting White....Lethal offenses look different, they dont rely on trick plays to win Sunday in Sunday out....If we use it as a compliment to our much improved offense (assuming it will be), then it might be lethal, but I would work on improving our line, conventional running game, blocking, and WRs first
