The Titans are just halfway to the 16-0 mark the New England Patriots achieved for the first time in league history last year. But more pundits are climbing on their bandwagon.

The latest is former Monday Night Football analyst Joe Theismann, who said Wednesday that he thinks the Titans will not lose in 2008.

"Tennessee will go undefeated," Theismann said as a guest analyst on Showtime's Inside the NFL.

"I’ll couch it a little bit. It depends on what Jeff Fisher wants to do when they are 14-0. It depends. If he sits everyone against Indianapolis and Indianapolis needs that game in the last game of the season it’s different."

I don't think they will. They have played well, but they don't have that dominating feel you get with a team like the 72' Dolphins, 85' Bears or the 07' Patriots. I think they will slip up here before the end of the season.

They have been impressive, but at no point have they looked like a 16-0 team. They will lose at least twice.

They kind of remind me of the Bears team in 2006. Solid D, not a lot of offense.

They'll lose. They can't keep this charade up for much longer.

Looking at their schedule:

@ Jaguars
Jets
@ Lions
Browns
@ Texans
Steelers
@ Colts

I really do doubt that they go un-defeated, I see them going 14-2.

I hope they don't get close. I don't want to hear Mercury Morris be a joke on nat'l tv again.

Not sure they are anymore of a charade than our 5-4 record. They are a good all around team. Playing great defense and a very solid run attack.

Jeff Fisher nevers get the recognition he deserves. He hasn't won a SB but he's a great coach.
