Some on this board said Howard was having a bad game, beaten soundly again. This contradicts Saban and his comments about Howard's play. So what is the truth here?

In addition, how did Richard, Parker, Eiland, Green, Bua, and Schulters look last nite? And Vickerman and Wright as well?

Vickerson and Wright didn't really make any noise. The backup DLman of the night was Josh Shaw. He was all over the field.

Eiland is a bum. And the offense picked on Howard all night for a reason. He did make one good breakup that I can remember, otherwise he plays catch up all the time when he's not committing pass interference. Bua won't make the team. Shulters got beat on a TD to Matt Jones (thrown over Shulters). Green and Richard I didn't notice.

Reggie played fine, clearly our 3rd guy at that spot. Got beat on deep 4 route by Jones but had decent coverage on the play. As usual he tackeld well, something of upmost importance in this scheme. Some on this board just constantly rail on guys they don't like or who have played poorly in the past and fail to appreciate when one of those guys does well (others that fall into that category are any of the Qbs post 13, McKinney, Eddie Moore, and some others).

Other people support players even when it's painfully obvious that they're over-payed and still after they make a stupid play on a team thin on CBs.
