Well, guess what. The Senate passed it, but it died in the House because the clock struck 12.
The only thing now is Jeb can call a special legislative session. Considering that the House originally passed the bill unanimously, the Senate supports it, and Bush does, too, it's possible it could happen.
But this is incredible if it doesn't happen now. All three important judicial bodies in the state - the House, Senate, and governor - have all officially or unofficially (in Jeb's case) approved it. Now you're telling me it won't happen, Tallahassee Democrat (find the link if you're interested...I don't want to look for it)? Bullcrap.
