and that means there will be some potentially good players for the Dolphins at position of need. I have been reading other team site information and this will be the case in particular at tight end and defensive back. There are some 6 foot corners that are likely to be available and some pass catching tight ends out there. I wonder if there is anything to the rumors out of Detriot about a trade involving Penner and Manny Wright? Might be interesting. Penner is a decent back.

Hadn't heard that rumor but I hope we can get something for Manny if he refuses to come back to the Dolphins.
 
Thats what Im kind of thinking as well. Could see Rader and Harris making the team, but only for a few hours possibly. Think Saban and Mueller will be looking for a better/more experienced 3rd TE and RB choice possibly. Might be the case on the OL also, now that McKinney is not there for a backup role. Time will tell.

Todd Pinkston just became available...

he was cut today by Philly. I know we are deep, but he is a thought; I am a Southern Miss alum and I would enjoy seeing him in a Dolphin uniform.
