Kobe did do the charge at the end, but the "foul" on Barbosa on the clean block was BS. The Suns, who are a perimeter shotting, fastbreak team, are getting to the line at an alarming rate. Me thinks these refs are a wee bit one sided here tonight.

I don't care if the Lakers move on tonight, Phil and Co. better lay into this crew and get themselves a fine. It is criminal what is happening to L.A. tonight so far.
 
Kobe got him with the body....Kobe has never committed a foul in his life!!!!!!

the rules in the nba are a joke...guys comes runnin at ya, u jump to block his shot, he jumps into you, foul on you...how does that make any sense?
 
Obviously you guys have trouble reading. I even said Kobe did charge at the end. I guess you guys convienently forgot about that. Typical. Oh, and I suppose you Suns fans have NEVER complained about the refs...only your coach and MVP. :rolleyes:

Kobe didn't foul Barbosa. They assumed and it was a bad call. He blocked the shot clean and all of you know it. Doesn't matter. I fully expect Kobe and Co. to take over in the second half, even if it is 5 on 8.

This is one of the major problems I have with basketball. Everyone abuses the foul. They foul to stop the clock, they try to draw the foul so the other guy can get in trouble, etc. As someone said, when a guy jumps straight up to block and the guy with the ball charges him, its a foul on the defender. Theres so many bs fouls. Most games are decided by the refs. The definition of a Foul is something that is not allowed in the game. They shouldnt even call it a foul anymore, they should just call it Forced Time Stoppage or something.

I haven't really sat down and thought about this issue, I just wrote that from the top of my head. Some day I'll just think over the problems of basketball, and put em in a blog or something lol.
