FYI, THill will be on the Herd at Noon ET. For those without the ability to listen I will try to paraphrase the interview.

Edit:

On knowing the offense better than Girrard and Moore.

Said its a matter of fact due to that he ran that offense in college. He also said he is learning from Girrard and Moore in the meetings as well. Also said that he is picking up the new terminology and concepts from Green Bay's offense everyday.

On if he's been told he will start sometime this year.

Said he hasn't been told when he will play and just wants to compete to play.

On being a rookie and playing a leadership position such as QB where you have to deal with ego's from players who have been in the league for awhile.

Said it's like being a freshman in college all over again but that you gotta step up and make the players around you better because that's the QB's job.

That's about it for football questions. Herd did give him a little flack about his wife getting more attention than him for her looks but he took it in stride and they both joked about it.

Terrible interview. Learned nothing new.

I agree the interview wasn't that great but Cowherd did ask an important question. What's it like being a rookie QB in the NFL, ie dealing with ego's and people who have been in the league awhile? THill said that it's much like being a college freshman, but that you gotta step up and make people around you better no matter what your age or experience. It shows that he has the mentality of a leader which you need from a QB and is something our QB's, besides Pennington, have lacked for a long time. It was great to hear him answer that question with confidence.

Not sure what "new information" people were expecting to hear...

um, dolphin fans arent really supposed to hear anything new. Its new to the rest of the world.

I bet he was shocked by that question, after answering it several hundred times I'm sure he thought it would never come up again.
