Things we learned about the Miami Dolphins from Richie Sr.

In no way do I disagree, but I have to hope for the sake of my team he would consider it. This franchise needs saving. And he is one of the few able bodied men in the NFL I can think of that has every tool needed for the job. His role as mentor is unquestionable. Troubled players around the league seek his guidance. The man oozes confidence and intelligence. He's never quick to judge and he believes in people.

We need a leader of men.

I think David Shaw of Stanford could be what Dungy was...

Lets hope so. This regime has been the laughing stock of the league for years. The common denominators are Ireland and Ross. I think Ireland is a cancer and he created this cancer of the team. The whole organization has been infected. Ireland needs to go. Im thinking what if it was Ireland who advised Ross to go after Harbaugh and that whole debacle? Who knows now. All we know is since 2008 when Ireland came on board, bad things have been happening - albeit bad things happened pre 2008..
I think one thing for sure if this continues down this path we can expect a completely new front office. The only man left standing will be Ross himself.
