We lost in the first round of the playoffs and Ireland, Sherman and everyone else was retained

silver lining.
 
The thing is.....They more than likely will NOT be terminated. That's the real ****ty thing.
 
Joe will come back. Ireland will be canned, but a new GM will be forced in a marriage with Joe. Finally, because Joe is a lame duck, his OC choices will be limited.

I would gladly have taken a win and be a playoff team.
 
Think about how awful the next 8 months would be if the team makes the playoffs with one win but quits in the final two games oh wait--
 
Yah except they will probably stay with NO playoffs
 
You want depressing...how about losing to Buffalo and NY, missing the playoffs, and Ross keeping everything in place (maybe getting rid of Sherman.) That is the reality of what we are looking at...Ross is a moron.
 
This team has too many flaws to win playoff games. Period. Just an early departure.

Ireland must go the whole swapping out linebackers for pieces of crap will be the final straw.
 
I hope these last two games left Ross with a sour taste in his mouth. If the Dolphins had won, there might have been no changes made. As it is now, SOMETHING has to be changed.

I would love to see Ireland, Philbin and Sherman gone.

Didn't you just say last week, "We've competed on every game but the Saints and this atrocious Buffalo game. No reason we can't compete in the playoffs. All those teams are vulnerable, even Denver who lost to a Chargers team we... "?
