thats 53 right there, anything look wrong to you guys. If that is the 53 we take into week 1 ill be pretty satisfied.
 
Zgonina, Jerman, Martin, Whitney will not be on this team

I seriously doubt that Jerman, Whitney, Martin, and Zgnonina will be on this team. Too much competition for them to make it and Martin and Zgnonina do not match the needs of this offense and defense.

New Guys

New guys on this team may include OL Damien Cook and Alabi, the new OT.
The new DL from Michigan St. will replace Zgnoina. Look for the Safety we signed last year from Wake Forest to make a move (Williams). And Davis at WR and Kay Jay Harris definitely will threaten a roster spot. I believe Harris will unseat Martin.

I dont see Zgonina making it, or D-Bow. I also see another receiver or two being brought in- maybe Hakim or Boston + either Newson or Davis. I think Kay Jay makes it, Sammy plays FB and Jamar Martin is tossed (he doesnt fit the Linehan FB).

As for our S, I think we do need Brock Marion here- we are VERY young at that position and at the very least, he could teach and maybe even win the starting job.
 
i would like to see Kay jay make it too, but it wont be easy for him. 4 pretty solid guys in front of him.
 
I would hope Tony Pape or Alabi make the team instead of Jerman or Whitley.
 
ah yes i forgot about vickerson, he makes more sense then Zgonina, D-bow i think should be ok, hes a decent backup. Martin i agree hes probably gunna be tossed. I like the idea of Sammy at fullback
 
Cut: Travis Minor, Greg Jerman, and Taylor Whitley.
Add: Kay Jay Harris, Tony Pape, and Anthony Alabi.

Overall, I think I would be pretty happy with that 53 man roster or something close to it.
 
We should be able to get a couple 6th and 7th rounders for a couple of players(Zegonia, Travis, Martin D. Bowens). If we cut them the will be free agents if people trade for them they are forced to go where they are traded.
