This Draft feels like a Hurricane a coming to FH on D-Day

Doesn't seem any different than any other year :idk:

No one can say they knew we were going to get the chance to take Jordan last year. We didn't think we would draft a QB the year before. I guess taking Pouncey was talked about a little bit, but we still didn't know for sure. Every year it's an unknown, so not sure why this year is so special in that aspect?

I actually think this draft is way more predictable than years before. We need an OT/OG.. If Zack Martin is there i'm 100% positive he'll be the pick.

IDK, I see more interest, with varied opinions, this year than in the past on the forum as well as on South Beach. Any draft is always uncertain but, you come down to a few guys where opinions vary. Not the same this year.

On Friday at Happy Hour, I asked Well who we gonna draft? Within minutes, I had a dozen people with multiple opinion in a debate. That did not happen before. Choices went from Matthews, Martin, Moseley, Pryor, WR, Ebron, Lewan, etc. There is also increased interest in the second round because of the projected depth. I think more fans have looked deeper into the draft because of it. No one wants to be left out. JMO

Some are gonna bitch no matter what, some are gonna be happy no matter what.

I've said before though, it's funny how having a truly pathetic OL changes so many peoples attitudes towards drafting and signing "cornfeds" (of course, when you invest as much in OL early as we have and gotten no results I'll admit that it is a tad tiresome to keep investing)

We could take the Second Coming of Dan Marino and Dwight Stephenson and some people would be unhappy.

If rumors of Miami willing to trade dion to move up are true, I'm going to riot regardless of who we take.

I think the added interest is in part due to a new GM so we have more hope or are more anxious to see how good of a GM he is. Also the push back of the date of the draft adds more suspense

And some are going to worry more about what people on a message board think. I'll never understand why someone would join a message board if they don't want varying opinions.

Hasn't changed my opinion. As far as I remember, nobody was advocating for a ****ty line.

I don't mind going oline I just don't want to overdraft one. If we could secure Jake Matthews without breaking bank Im all for it, same last year with top two. Now when we trade up for a guy I never saw as all that great in college who is not a good fit , then Im not so happy

GODDAMNIT Gonzo, do you nothing of forums? People just come here to have others agree with them or, to change the opinions of many with a few posts. Nothing more. lol

I can guarantee there wasn't 1 person that said we'd get Dion Jordan last year... That was the hurricane, imo. Crazy out of left field move.

 seems like some only come here to whine about what other posters are saying. They usually lead off with something stupid like, "only on Finheaven..."

Look at me whining about whining. Only on finheaven!

And look at me whining about your whining about whining. Time to move on.

Well, for it's already a plus that Ireland's not doing the drafting.

I just hope Ebron is not scooped up by the ****ing jets right before we pick. I would not like to see that for sure!

Can we please stop referring to the Draft as D-Day...that distinction should be held for one event which happen on June 6th 1944...

I been visiting Finheaven for about 10 drafts now. Its the same every year.
