With all of the different topics and all kinds of threads about what to do with Coaching, GM, Coordinators, etc. Lots of us on here have voiced our opinions but it's hard to quantify in so many different threads. I've decided to make a thread with a Poll of what each fan on here thinks we should do this offseason in regards to the staff.
For some of us, it might be to early to decide considering we have 2 games left and you want to see how the team plays the season out. Others, have made up their minds already. For the sake of arguments and for this poll...let's pretend the season were to end today. Here are your options:
1. Keep the staff in tact: This means you want to give Philbin, Lazor, Coyle, and Hickey another year.
2. New Defensive Coordinator: You want to keep Kickey, Philbin, and Lazor, but Coyle has to go with the way the defense has played lately.
3. New Offensive Coordinator: You aren't a fan of Billy Lazor but everyone else should stay, bring on an offensive guru.
4. Both Coordinators: You think Philbin is the guy and that he needs new Coordinators to take the team to the next level.
5. New Coach Only: You like the Coordinators and feel that they ahve done a good job but feel that Joe is the problem. In a perfect world Hickey, Ross, Marino, and crew can find a Head Coach that will keep the rest of the staff as-is but provides this team with a new attitude at the helm.
6. New GM Only: You think the coaching staff is good but that Hickey hasn't done a good enough job building this team in 1 year and want a new GM.
7. Fire them all!!!: Bring on a new GM, and coaches whether it means the new regime will rebuild or add-on to what we have. Most likely we'll be in rebuild mode again.
8. Keep the GM but we need a coaching staff: Hickey did well and feel he should be a part of hiring a new coach that will bring in his staff.
9. Other...Please explain In case I missed something (Thanks MadDog88)
As always, please discuss your decision but if you feel like you've had to repeat it a hundred times already I get it. Please vote though so we quantify how this board feels about this subject from a numbers standpoint.

Oh BTW, is anyone going to the Vikings game? I'm flying down from DC for my Birthday to see my first home game in like 8 years!!!
