This is Brandon Pili, our new 6-3, 350 lb NT…OMG

meh i enjoy a good arguement. so like i mentioned earlier, he's listed at 345 all over the internet. I'm okay with calling that 350. I would almost bet a vip membership that he shows up to camp closer to 350 than he does 316... and this isnt even my arguement. just saying its fair to assume that Pili was almost 350 in that tweet.

Cant believe all the enjoyment i would've missed out on had i not read this morning in chat that people were arguing about his weight. Made me think, hmmmm I'm a fat ass, I'll discuss weight.

One other thing i will add though.....even though ESPN and USC's website has posted all over that he is 345, a lot of lineman like to embellish their weights. Senior year i rotated DT/DE at I believe it was between 200-215. A week before the playoffs I asked if they would update me in the roster to around 230-235
That video was from HIGH SCHOOL. The kid played at P5 USC as a NT and his playing weight is established. Anyone who thinks that a USC NT plays at 315 is clueless. I also believe that for a 345 lb NT that’s very impressive athleticism, especially in HS. Anyone wants to debate how easy that is can post their YouTube video here.

I want an additional 1st rounder next year as compensation!🤣
I tried to vote for you in March Madness like your signature link told me. It then told me that it's May. LOL.

Attack the post but never the poster

Poster starts a new thread excited about a newly signed NFL player. Numerous posters question details about the OP without actually reading it, research whether he’s actually 350lbs, remark that they are more athletic than said player and could also do a wall dunk. Fwiw I don’t believe for a second that anyone on this board can currently do a wall dunk, actually dunk on anything other than a little tykes goal or has been signed by any professional team in any sport, except of course for the all keyboard warrior wannabe team. Here’s a novel idea. How about just being excited about the potential of a newly signed player on our roster instead of finding fault with each and every detail about the player. I for one like the kid, like his story and hope he makes it.
I can both wall dunk and like the kid at the same time. I wall dunk all day every day. And I like this kid simultaneously. And I crochet jean shorts and have questionable bumper stickers on my car.

None of that is true other than liking the kid. Hopefully he turns out great.

I just drew his face on a basketball and wall dunked it so hard that the ball dug a tunnel straight to China.
