we have been backstabed, weve been kicked, weve been humiliated and worst of all the media is doubting us now. we were climbing a ladder and now weve fallen to the bottom where wandsted left us. its frustrating to know that youll go two or more years just seeing some could have been stars waste their years of prime away. i will still be a fan but i feel humiliated and dissapointed. i feel like i cant trust no one in the organisation anymore i feel like our candidates are weak. i feel like were lost

Incredibile vision for talent? This team is worse now that it was when he got here..How did he increase the Fins talent level. We have 2 Qbs who would be average backups in the league, another QB who might never play another game. Our two most TALENTED players werent utilized enough this season (CC & RB). Our secondary which is supposed to be his best vision for talent, is the biggest weakness on the Fins D. He doesnt put Y. Bell in till halfway through the season. Doesnt go for it on 4th and 1s. Too conservative. Doesnt know when to challenge a play. The offensive coordinator was pathetic. He knew that but did nothing about it. Getting of subject, but basically all in all, the guy is an overrated coach. I personally never understood why people made a big deal about him. He won at the college leve. College coachs in general are overrated. Coaching is not as important as it is to scout players. Coaching for a big name school like LSU, of course big time HS talent is going to come to your school. Talent wins College football, not coaching. Why did Rutgers have such a good year this year.. Coach Schiano (SP?) stated he went to South Fl this year looking for more talent bc he knew the most athletic high school football players are in South FL- That is why Rutgers and so many school are so good, in the end, making college coachs look better than they really are.

Alot of his talent hasnt even seen the field yet. Rodrique Wright, Vickerson, Toledo (I think he is an injury bust).

But Ronnie Brown, Crowder, Daniels(I will wait til next year to fully see his true worth), Matt Roth, and Derek Hagan he scored good value on.

Jason Allen is a wait and see still. I got a bad feeling like he was a second rounder, not a first rounder. Wait and see on him. Nick Mangold would have been way better for us long term IMO.
