It is obvious the impact that Nick has had on his players and coaches. Listening to Linehan talk yesterday was like taking a Saban PC transcript and changing the words 'Dolphins' to 'Rams'. (Just didnt have the same effect though... something about Linehan doesnt scream confidence... Maybe because his tie wasnt even straight. Anyway..) But what I have realized, and what seems nuts to me, is that from listening to every single one of Nick's PCs, post game speeches etc. I HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH FROM HIM! And this all came to me yesterday, when a friend and I were having a football conversation, and I started talking about the correlation between anxiety and performance, something that Nick actually studied in great depth in University. My friend looks at me like I just took a casual football conversation and turned it into psychology class, and I was even completely shocked that I remembered so much of what Nick talks about and enlightens us fans about. Anyway, it was just a complete trip and I couldnt believe how much even I have learned from Nick Saban. It made me really appreciate him. Just thought I would share.

Another damn lovefest! But seriously, Saban is a step above the rest. I love to analyze his press conferences and take a lot of what he says and store that in my mind.
