This is possibly the dumbest article ever.

yes i agree. Its like thank you captain obvious.. we all know there is no and never will be another dan marino. Must be a litle slow this week

I agree. Very stupid article.

coach Nick Saban selected Auburn running back Ronnie Brown, who wasn't even able to unseat Tigers starter Carnell Williams.

:shakeno:

Well there were quite a few people on here that felt like drafting a Qb with an early draft pick (not #2, no one but Smith was worth that) was a good idea....ofcourse no one is manning up to that now. I for one am man enough to admit that I felt we should have drafted a Qb.

I just read half of the article, I'm surprised that I made it that far. What do I win?

I can stop reading now that I finished with the headline.

Anybody who read that whole article is now just a little bit dumber.

I was going to read it until I read these responses.

If he got his head any farther up his butt it would be an absolute miracle. This guy doesnt have an original thought in his entire bloodline, he just took the same garbage every other crack head reports crammed it into a column and called it original. Lets break down the entire article.
1.There will never be another Dan Marino......Really, I though the greatest QB to ever play came along every day.
2. We took Ronnie Brown at number 2.....Wow, hes really done his homework.
3. We passed on Orton for Daniels.....Look how that has worked out for us! At this point that may be the move of the draft(A starting CB in the 4th)
4. We took Alabi in the 5th, when McPhearson was available......9 picks prior!!! Saban already had a limited number of picks and sure wasnt going to give up more to move up.
I have to admit after this much insane bable, I quit reading. I almost screamed at the computer.......Oh and BTW is his name spelled wrong in the header or is it just me?

Section126, have Mr. Wu take care of him. C---sucka!

I'm all for taking a QB. The options just weren't really there. Orton was about the only time a possibility had come up but if the team had picked Orton there we'd be even more screwed at CB.

This team does have to start spending some draft picks on QB's. Can't keep going on forever without doing such.

I wanted McPherson in the 5th.

I'm positive we'll draft a QB in the next draft. When we pick him depends on how AJ performs this season, if he performs at all.

You are correct the options just weren't really there.! We'll see after this year whether we need to spend draft picks for a QB...
