This is the first win in a long time that I feel like we lost

The good news is: We have a game coming right up on Thursday.

The bad news is: We play the Bengals on the road on Thursday, and they just lost at home. They're going to be out for blood.

I understand. I don't see what positive we can take out of this game other than the fact that a franchise that sucks more than ours does found a way to lose a game in overtime that they should have won by nine in regulation. Other than the W there is nothing from this game to build on for the future.

We seem to always play the Bengals tough and find ways to win.

weve got andy dalton kryptonite, big number 91 who looked fantastic today. on topic when you win as infrequently as we win, there is no feeling indifferent (imo of course)

What will be more sad is when Landry comes up on his 2nd contract we will let him walk to the pats. He isn't going to take this crap. He isn't that kind of player. Mark my words.

I think that based on what I saw of our team today, Cincinnati is finally going to get the prime time monkey off of their backs.

I'd like to be wrong, but there's just too much on this team that doesn't work for them to fix any of it in three days. Bad play from offensive players, bad play from defensive players, missed assignments, stupid play calls, stupid clock management, stupid non-challenge on the Kessler fumble.

I don't know how the hell we won this game, even with Cleveland missing multiple key starters. I mean, That's how bad and beat up and jinxed the Browns are, they couldn't win this game.

I kind of felt like this about the Redskins game last year, but, yeah, this probably was more demoralizing ... home game, Cleveland and the Browns were all beat up on top of it.

It was a horrible outing that still managed to put us 1 win further away from firing Tannenbaum. :tumbleweed:

Any time I get high on the Dolphins they lose and when I feel bad about them they look good and surprise me...

Friend of mine asked me if I thought the Saints fans still had their grocery bags from a few years ago so we could borrow them. We might want to opt for plastic over paper, though.

I'm sure all the Seahawks fans wallowed away in their sadness over their win over us week one....

Give me a break. Sometimes teams win ugly games, happens to every team.

NE almost allowed us to come back but they pulled it out....and they felt great about it.
Seattle barely beat us in their home....and felt great about it.

Only dolphin fans can find a way to get all emo about a win and whine.

Take the W and move on to the next game.

Not every game is gonna be the same. We have rookie coaches that are still figuring stuff out.

But....I'll take 16 games where we play like crap for most of the game and win over 16 games where we play good and lose.

They gotta get a couple wins to ensure that they end up picking like 4th or 5th so Tannenbaum has a good excuse to not draft a QB since he can say whomever was taken by that point was the guy they wanted and they didn't think the rest were worth picking that high when they already have the future HOF member, Tannehill.
