Remember the unveiling of the wildcat last year against the Pats? That game changed our season, and the way we played for the rest of the year resulting in us winning the division and having the most epic turnaround of a season ever.

Against the Jets on Monday will MAKE or BREAK our season. If we win, that gives us a 2-0 record in the division and we will have a very maneageable record at 2-3 and also beating a very impressive team.

I think we will go ALL OUT on Monday. Expect the Phins to look extremely impressive and do some crazy, unimagineable things. Every game is important, but I truly believe this is our most important game this week, and we will, not only play our hardest, but I believe we will pull out all the stops, cause like I said it will make or break this year of Dolphins football, possinly our most important game of the season leading into the bye week.

Expect everything.

The Fins are a hard-nosed football team, who can stand up and bang with any team in the league. If we limit our mistakes and execute our game plan, I honestly think we could beat anyone. I will be at the game on monday night screaming my head off. The filthy Jets are in for a fight!

The motivation of winning could be the difference between an 8 win season or a 4 win season also, if they don't win what is there to play for at 1-4? especially if you're jason taylor or joey porter... guys with some age

That makes me mad, at least RevisChrist and NJUNC back their statements up instead of just trolling.

The Dolphins will need to get a little more creative with the Wildcat this week. Rex did shut it down last year twice with pressure. It has been on a roll this year which is great, but we need something or some things that are new this game.

Ronnie and Ricky will need to be continue running great as well. It's gonna be a slobber-knocker!

Remember that wierd formation they showed in game 1 with Ricky & Ronnie & the QB in shotgun?

I can't wait. It's gonna be WWIII Monday night. :chuckle:

what do you want me to say? if ronnie brown is throwing the ball i feel confident that they will be errant passes and that our defense won't be fooled. i also feel that rex will have this defense shutting down the run enough to force you guys into 3rd and long enough to put the load on heene's arm. i don't think henne can beat our defense and you guys are so one dimensional that shutting down the run shoudln't be tootough for thsi defense. ryan knows how to shut your team down...and i don't think monday will be much different.

what did you have a split back set? just because ricky and ronnie are in on the same play doesn't make it the wildcat.

I have heard all this before! Then in a couple of weeks it will be THE most important game bla, bla, bla. I am holding back a little and hoping for the best!! This will be a tough game, just like most games!

You are right but it still creates nice mismatches on defense.

Don't be fooled by records, the Fins are a handful of mistakes from having the same record as the Jets. This isn't the team from three years ago. As long as Henne manages the game and doesn’t try to win it the Jets are in for along night.
