This is what I love....

Pretty sure Ive seen this posted before and, as much of a fan of fiedler I was, it was time for change at QB.

bah, Fiedler sucks (but somehow managed an excellent win % in the regular season)

You do realize his contract was going up a lot and he didn't want to renegotiate

I wanted to see who he was going to choose as our backup...

Jay is gunna hurt us before this is over.

That was a terrible list..

The list should have been..
1.Kitna
2.Garcia
3.Flutie
4.Holcomb
5.Fiedler

ive read it and i think it contradicts itself.
Quote " He was languishing in Miami, where he led the Dolphins to two playoff appearances and won twice as many as he lost (35-17) before last season, but now he has a chance to make an impact."
The problem i have with that statement is 2 playoff appearances and what did Jay do? Hardly lit it up did he? And then it says he won twice as many as he lost which makes him a superstar all of a sudden does it? If Jay was languishing at Miami then how did he have such a winning record?

all those writeres car about is what his record was. THe base their findings on wether he won more games then he lost under center. They fail everytime to take into effect the kind of team he played on.

There were very few games that Fiedler was the reason we won. The only game that he lit things up in that I can remeber was the Dallas game on thanksgiving about 2 years ago. Besides that I think it was more a Ricky and a defensive thing.

I think Volek should be in there also he shows some good stuff when McNair goes down.

Well there was also that Oakland game, in 2001 I think, when he scrambled and dove in for the winning TD.
