I think that in the upcoming draft that Saban in being a defensive minded coach
will use his picks almost exclusively on defense (CB, LB,S) with the sole exception of a QB and on the offensive side will sign one to three FA (WR, OG,RT) to bring balance to the team.

And on the 2007 draft He will reverse the trend

Landry will be the first Safety taken; with the possible exception that Jimmy Williams might go before him, and he's projected as a Safety in the NFL.


But no way Landry gets past the 1st round - not in a league in which Tebucky Jones and Lance Shulters are starters.
