You forgot QB.

They need someone to light a fire under their asses. Never seen such uninspired play.

An Offensive Coordinator. A Defensive Coordinator. A heart. A brain. Courage.

A trip to see the wizard is long overdue. How else to overcome Ryan and Belichick, the Wicked Witches of the North?

Also some heart and good coaching.

Never have I seen a team come out so lethargic, heartless and play as stupid as I have seen with the Philbin coached Dolphins. Even Sparano's teams were never this bad.

Unmotivated, undisciplined boring football team. They have some talent is the bad part.

3 offensive linemen

2 linebackers

2 corners

1 offensive coordinator

1 defensive coordinator

1 head coach

and a partridge in a pear tree!!!

So you're saying we need a wizard?

And an owner with a clue.

A GM is the #1 priority. The roster is poor and has been poor for decades.
The decision making is poor. At times, after going through losing seasons with poor GMs, a team was in situations when they had a non losing season and non losing roster only to blow it up. It happened in 2009 after the playoff year, and it happened this year too. We lost weapons, lost veterans, all to play young players and niw we are back to losing. You dont improve by blowing up a non losing roster. And now we are back to where we started in 12, needing a new qb.
There needs to be a gm who can build a strong roster and protect it.

Yep. It's time to take a recruiting trip to see the wizard.

As a microcosm, just look at those 4 straight pass plays from the 2 after Miller's run. Who is calling those 4 straight garbage pass plays? Does Lazor have 100% autonomy in that situation? Or can Philbin instruct Lazor to run the ball there? This is an example of Philbin delegating too much autonomy to his coordinators and will ultimately be a major contributor to his departure.

90% is coaching. Shula often did more with so much less. Especially his 1st 2 seasons. The players simply have tuned out JP and his staff. Simple as that. They are not even competing and don't appear to care.
