This OC search starting to feel like Daboll hire

Remember when Sporano was a lame duck coach and the search for a new OC got so desperate we had to hire the former Cleveland OC whose offense ranked like dead last.

Granted in Miami he actually improved our offense, especially when Matt Moore took over. But that entire regime was flushed the next year.

The hire reeked of leftovers, and now this ones starting too as well, particularly if Kubiak isn't hired. McAdoo and Lazor gone, and a report the Shanahan interview didn't go well.

If Kubiak isn't hired, whose left that can fit into our team without a complete offensive philosophy overhaul?

Yea, then why did we start 0-7?

Henne started those games if Im not mistaken. So do you think Daboll improved our offense or did Matt Moore?

Does this demonstrate its more about who is playing QB and less about coaching?

Coaching counts as does qb as does a lot of other things. In truth Daboll is not a good OC as evidenced by him not keeping an OC job very long and Matt Moore is not a good starting qb as evidenced by him being our backup > if he had a chance to start he would not be sitting on bench here and if Daboll could be an OC he would not be sitting behind Josh McDanials

Henne was injured the 1st qtr week 4. Moore was the better of the 2 QBs but Daboll was not much, if any, of an upgrade over Henning.

Hell no! No no no no no no no no, you can't do that to me no no no no no!
I think that's even more "nos" than Robin used when she thought Ted was going to propose.

I still think Scott Linehan is the best OC still on the market. With Kubiak a close 2nd.

Oh, yeah. Kubiak had a great stint as coordinator in a team with great talent, then was horrible in Houston where the offense was the bigger problem. Not only that, his schemes were bland. Norv stinks as a HC but is an excellent OC with a proven track record.
