This pass defense is on Ireland

seriously do u really think having Will Allen in the game would have stopped that onslaught? Sometimes the better team wins, and Brady is a monster, he has been in the system forever, he is the best player in the league. Miami needs to dust themselves off and play better next week against the Texans.

The more disappointing part of the defense was the front 7 . . . Revis, Namdi and Woodson could have been the CB's . . . if you don't put pressure on Brady he is gonna pick you apart. i have been watching this guy for 10 years, I know him well. Miami didn't do enough to disrupt Brady.

Absolutely right, Patriots put up 30+ points on EVERY one of the teams that made the Championships games last year. Packers, Bears, Steelers AND Jets.. Sometimes you just have to give credit where credit is due. Brady is a heck of a QB.. Best in the league..

Where was Wilson?

Doubt you'll be saying that too often from here on out. Might as well play the guy who was terrific in the preseason, than the guy who was awful in the preseason, and followed it up with a Reggie Howard-esque performance tonight. Better yet, cut Sapp and Caroll and bring in Allen and Nate Jones.

Ierland needs to go. the guy makes personal decisions that affect the team. he dumps Ginn for personal reasons. the offense suffers, he turns the 4th round pick he got for Ginn into Nolan Carroll, He dumps Crowder for nothing and brings in "one of his guys" in Burnett. immoderately our front 7 look lost, a rookie LT pushes Cam around and a bunch of no name Pats RBs run the ball all over us. Meanwhile Plax is catching TDs in the Jets end zone, while Marshall is dropping passes in ours

Safe Pick Ireland should absolutely be the first one to go, it's hardly even debatable. The sooner the better.
