2) Philadelphia has a HC who delegates to asst coaches. Whereas, Miami's HC is more of a glorified OC and not very authoritative to reign in the players. Although Philly's HC can be an ass at times regarding his sideline shenanigans.
3) Philadelphia has roster that is both balanced and talented. It's a roster filled with young stars throughout. They drafted 22 starters. Additionally they've also drafted or signed young UDFA and Street F/A who've developed into solid contributors.
