Us fans have put up with enough mediocre or worse then mediocre play for far too many seasons. The game vs. Buffalo was totally pathetic. How can you not be pumped up to play a game vs. a big division rival at their home??!! If you can't get pumped up for that then you need to quit the NFL. To come out playing half dead the way we did is inexcusable and totally sickening. Do our players and coaches even give a damn or not??!!! They sure as hell don't play like they do.

There is no one on the side line that can pump anyone up. Philbin is not a rah rah guy like Sparano. His even demeanor has become a detriment to the teams preparation.
He expects the "team leaders" to do all the heavy lifting. I know that the game requires passion and desire. Philbin acts like he doesn't give a shiit. He should be coaching 6 year old soccer.
Everyone gets a trophy.

Philbin should have been canned after bullygate. How do you not know what goes on in your locker room? It's his job, and he just sits there like a bump on a log waiting for someone else to do something. I am wondering if we let the wrong coaches go, because the play calling today and last years stench all over it.
