This team cannot do one of the fundamental things in the sport, that's tackle. It's mind-boggling to have watched this team over the last 15 years be consistently inapt in one area. And it's atrocious all over the board. Defensive lineman can't seem to slide off blocks and stop the runner as he passes the first line of defense with impunity. Linebackers never seem to have the right angle and usually waive harmlessly at the air. Forget the secondary beyond Jones. Grimes is 50-50, but he may be the smallest guy on the field. And it's worse this year than I've ever seen it. Don't know what the problem is and I won't pretend I have any of the answers. Tackling should be a natural instinct if a player has reached the pinnacle of the sport being the NFL. It just boggles my mind.

The tackling on this team has been atrocious for most of the past decade. To be so woefully inept at the basic fundamentals is unexcusable. It has ALWAYS bugged me too!

This team cannot play. At all.

every one of our opponents, upon contact, seems to be able to drag our def 3+ yards

our offense falls upon first contact.... been this way for years

Or block, run, pass, cover, get to the QB, or pretty much anything else. But hey, look on the bright side. The rookie punter is doing an excellent job.
