This Team Has No Direction

We have no QB with any kind of leadership skills. We have a coach who doesn't do anything well enough to motivate his players. We don't have any defensive leaders. We have good defensive players but no one who can get the players in position to make a play and drives hard on every play. Until something changes and whatever it may be the dolphins are going nowhere. I had to get that off my mind. It just ****es me of at this point.
