This team has been playing flat the past 2 weeks. We have a lot of talented players on this team this season. It would really suck if we don't make a playoff push this season and have to rebuild again. That being said, I have a been a huge THill supporter since day 1, but I really think Philbin or Lazor needs to give Moore some 1st team reps to light a fire under him.

Everyone could see what Morenos passion and intensity did for this team against the Pats. It's infectious. Anyone who remembers the 2011 team when Moore took over could tell the difference in the way they played. Same supporting cast, but the team played harder with Moore under center.

The team takes on the personality of the coach. With a walking corpse on the sideline, there isn't much that can spark this team to be anything other than a flat, boring, lifeless team.

LOL, sometimes I don't eat my Wheaties, get a good night sleep, or I suffer a so-called senior moment, but I am pretty sure that the team needs a spark is not breaking news. You would have to be dead to not know that. ;-)

LOL! We all have had those fat finger moments! :-) And I am not going to get into the auto-correct feature other than to say that the word I was trying to text my wife the other day was NOT penis. :-0

There was a time in the not so distant past when a team struggled to score points the HC would deem it necessary to send the backup in if for no other reason just to let the starter see things from a different prospective. It might have been for only one series...it may have been for a quarter...or half but the option was always there.
What changed this mentality? Why does it seem winning is secondary to going down with the ship? As a Fan I find it incredibly boring and frustrating to watch a game full of 3 and outs. I wish RT was effective enough to make it happen and pull for him every snap but He should have been pulled against Buffalo and maybe if he would have been things could have been different against KC. Who knows maybe his focus would have been sharper knowing he must produce or see Matt take his job again.

I just don't get this new way of thinking other than it all comes down to pay. If they trot Matt out there he gets paid and they are not willing to allow that unless RT goes down w/ injury.

Tell me this guys......if we change the qb and the head coach are we then a playoff team? what are the needs of this team right now?? it has to be more than just needing a spark(although I don't disagree)

This couldn't have been added to the other "Start Moore" threads?

Spark? I dunno looks like the dumpster is already on fire to me!

Dang kids these days! Everybody looking for their 15 minutes of fame... ;-)

I don't know what fame he's seeking with his topic that's already in other threads. At least be original. Show a pic of his wife or gf's cans or something

#1 why is this breaking news?

#2 Thanks for telling us something that we all witnessed ourselves yesterday and discussed yesterday in a 1000 threads already

After the Buffalo game I wondered why we didn't change it up by going to Moore for a series or 2 just to see if the offense responded. Sometimes it's just not your day and vs. the Chiefs pretty early on it was clear that Tannehill was going to deliver a stinkathon. Sit him down for NOT doing his job. He had many chances and made bad reads, bad throws and held the ball too long over and over. We would of had a chance to WIN the game if Moore came in. He could have provided a lift that RT was not capable of providing. The reason this doesn't happen is because the Head Coach is just a loser, a coward and a lackluster android unable to show any fire, any balls or any type of thinking outside the box. As of right now he is the worst coach in the NFL. Few would argue his merits.

I would give Moore a try just to see if Tannehill is the problem or not. If as you say, the team responds, then we should stick with it. Who knows, maybe Tannehill will benefit from riding the pine a while. It helped Rogers in Green Bay. And if Tannehill needs to learn from a real QB (because obviously Moore aint it) he can use one of those new tablets they have on the sideline and watch how Payton, Wilson, or even Luck does it. LOL! ;-)
