After this season, I don't think Chris Chambers is on my list of good wide receivers anymore. There has been many excuses of how he has change quarterbacks in the last couple of years and such. I mean Hines Ward caught passes from Kordell Stewart, Tommy Maddox, Charlie Batch and Big ben. He performed with most of those mediocre quarterbacks. Chambers sadly isn't a primetime player in my opinion.

We need to get rid of those horrible corners on the back of the field. We have one of those worst safeties and corners in the league. We also need to get rid of spragan also.

Shifting into the coaching staff, Nick Saban has not done very well if you ask me. It took many coaches out there to make big sacrifices so the team can take a step. Chris Chambers isn't a good lead receiver anymore. He keeps getting beat by corners around the league and don't give that fast release crap in our offensive system.

Our offensive line makes me want to cry out there. They can't open holes for Ronnie Brown. Also, an offensive line needs to grow together to become better. Donovan Mcnabb has been playing behind 4of his 5 lineman in the last couple of years. Our left tackle position should be address by a good free agent. Left guard is fine and center. Right Guard is a position that must be filled and Right Tackle we are fine with Carey.

Our running game has taken some critics this season. Ronnie Brown isn't an explosive back as he looked in college. He needs to tone down his weight and stop working so much on lifting weights. Sadly I still believe that we need Ricky Williams back there for us to have a great game. Ricky is overall a better Runner than Williams and that is the sad fact.

Mularkey needs to go and that position should go for a young assistant who has bright intellects out there.

booker, mare, jeno james, lj shelton, damion mcintosh, donnie spragan, travares tilman, vonnie holliday, and we need to find a good fullback

They can start by drafting Brady Quinn. This kid reminds me of Joe Montana and Tom brady. I know we have Harrington and Culpepper but Quinn is a winner he is calm under pressure and can lead this franchise for years to come. We also need Receivers who run good, sharp routes and don't drop balls; they dont have to be the fastest.

Look around, this team IS making sacrifices. Which are the moves Saban has had to make to work under the cap disaster left by Wannspiel. He's done as well as he could with the cap space he has to work with.

We will have our full compliment of draft picks in 2007 except for a 6th rounder that we have to give to Detroit for Harrington, so Saban will have a little more to work with. As far as veteran players go, we need to cut: Jeno James, McIntosh, Shelton, McKinney, Zgonina, Traylor, Spragan and Tillman. We should trade McMichael and find a true #1 WR since Chambers is more like a #3 guy.

I don't think we are fine at left guard. The only position on the O-line I wouldn't look for upgrade in the off-season is RG.

I agree with most of the cuts mentioned above, but come on guys get off of Chambers back. The guy has made some unbelievable catches in his short career. What he needs is a compliment to him. Sure he has had his share of drops this year, but I would still take him over more then most of the receivers in the league.

I'd rather have consistency than highlights. He is not a primary receiver. He needs to be a number 2 receiver because he's too inconsistent and struggles against top CB's.

Do you mean RT? Carey is probably Miami's best lineman.

1. Agreed about Chambers...

2. Will Allen is fine as a #2 corner, so is Goodman. The biggest problem is our 2/3 corners (Will Poole on IR, and a gimpy Travis Daniels) have missed the year with injuries and have been replaced by Eddie Jackson and Michael Lehan. Tillman hasn't done them any favors. It would be nice to have some defensive backs that can cover/catch the ball/run support. With that said, OLB and SS are much bigger problems; especially if Poole and Daniels can come back healthy next year.

3. Spragan is painfully average.....

4. Our OL is poor, but that is no excuse for passing it 70% of the time throughout the season. The more you pass, the more you turn the ball over.

5. There is nothing wrong with Ronnie Brown; sure he could lose some weight and become faster/quicker but he'd also lose some power. Has anyone noticed how we stop giving him the ball right about the time he's worn down defenses? How many big runs have been left off the field because of this?

6. "Ricky is better than Ronnie, it's a sad fact"; no, that's a sad opinion. Ronnie Brown had the same ypc, behind the same OL, against the same competition as Ricky Williams. So Brown has inferior speed/quickness and vision but somehow manages the same production? Yeah, that makes sense.

7. Yes, Mularkey is garbage.....

Why trade mcmichael??
he has second most recieving yards for a tightend in the nfl. he is the only 1 that harrington can hit regularly

we need to find a good fullback

why? we never use one. darian barnes is a good blocker but that doesnt matter if we dont put him on the field.

your posts just get worse :shakeno: chambers a #3 is one of the most ridiculous statements made on this site yet.

See the last game, it should be self explanatory.
