To kick off draft week, thought I would remind folks how this went down last year. Despite Goodell having months to prepare, even his bastardisation of Tua's name couldn't dampen the joy for MOST of us :) Wonder what reactions will be like on Thursday this year:

 
Ja'Marr Chase is pretty easy to pronounce.

As far as I'm concerned, its already about 9:30 p.m. Thursday night. On to wondering who the 7th pick will be, for me anyway.

I'll start my one and only mock draft at some point today.

Lawrence, Wilson, Jones, Pitts, Sewell and Chase are my 1-6. Much like Peter King's mock, I can see Lance and Fields both going 7th, 8th or 9th in a trade up.
 
This draft is deeper than most. I don’t think they will **** it up, but you never know.

yes.

it would mean they hear those Davante Adams and DeAndre Hopkins comparisons, and they agree.
 
I remain steadfast in CHASE as the #1 WR option ....

then WADDLE for me ...

but, I’m all for trading down to 9 and go from there ....
 
If not Pitts, then Waddle.
Waddle skill set is perfect for slot, which we lack a legit starter. Grant is a total waste. Wilson is a question mark.

No one should be upset if we grab one of the 4 pass catchers. Each one of them has a dominant factor to their game. Nobody in here has the slightest idea which one is going to ball out in the NFL. But we'll have one of the lottery tickets on our team.

Sewell, I can understand the dissapoint but he's still a monster (anyone see this guy shed his first assignment to then also get to the LB? Beautiful) at a position of need.

Parson can fly. Get the guy a cape. Dissapointing to go defense for sure but what a player to go defense on.

If we by any version of the upside-down get a QB, I will throw a huge party- the red wedding part 2.
